Crick Legends operates with a strict refund policy to ensure fair play and transparency. Once funds are added to a user's account, they cannot be refunded but can be utilized to participate in games or challenges hosted by the website.
Once a user confirms an exchange, it cannot be canceled. However, Crick Legends retains the discretion to cancel an exchange and issue a refund under specific conditions. To initiate a refund, the user must send a written request from their registered email address to Crick Legends at least 2 (two) days before the start of the respective round. Failure to adhere to this deadline will result in a refund request being denied.
Crick Legends reserves the right to limit the refund amount after deducting applicable charges and costs, exercising its sole discretion and thorough monitoring.
The refund processing period may take up to 5-7 business days.
Users are required to abide by additional agreements governing the exchange process. In case of any discrepancies between these additional agreements and Crick Legends's policies, the former will take precedence. It's important to note that these refund policies apply solely to funds used for joining challenges and will be credited back to the user's source of records with Crick Legends.
In unforeseen circumstances such as errors, canceled events, or acts of nature, only the joining fee will be refunded; winnings based on the final standings will not be considered for refunds.
